° Lemongrass is a perennial plant (grass) with its rhizomes. It is also a herbaceous plant with long, narrow, linear, blue-green leaves with sharp edges. These leaves, with branch-shaped peduncles, measure from 90 cm to 2 m (the very branched stems and the lanceolate, aromatic leaves grouped near the base).

Lemongrass: as its name suggests, only has the smell given off when you crush its leaves in common with lemon. It gave its name to other plants with which it should not be confused: (lemon verbena, lemon balm and lemongrass).

° Lemongrass has a stem with aromatic qualities, it is also a medicinal and therapeutic plant, it is essentially the citrals and myrcene that it contains which give it its properties at the same time:
